Electric tomato machine - SPFEL

The smallest model of Grifo’s tomato machines line, it’s still very professional, reliable and made with high-quality materials. Made for non-professional use and presented with a modern design. Built with tomato paste in mind, but it can also be used for jams with the use of the appropriate filter. The SPFEL is extremely simple and handy, and is composed of detachable components to wash it properly with ease, even in the dishwasher. The body is made of cast iron, suitable for food contact. The funnel and the chute are made of nylon which is light but resistant (cheaper than the heavy stainless-steel). The filter cone is made from AISI 304 stainless-steel while the squeezing propeller is in nylon, which is suitable for food contact and resistant to friction (which can cause corrosion). The powerful engine transmits the movement to the propeller by a nylon gear reducer in grease bath (certified for accidental food contact) which never requires substitution under normal circumstances.
