CARRERA CLP is an extremely productive sunflower with very good agronomic properties. Despite very high yields, it achieves a good oil content. CARRERA CLP convinces with medium plant height, a nice head position, very good lodging resistance and late maturity. It shows very good and balanced resistances to all relevant diseases. The resistances to stem and head sclerotinia and also to the most yield-damaging diseases Phoma and Phomopsis are well developed. Furthermore, it carries the Plasmopara gene PL8. It is resistant to broomrape races A-E.
