A VARIANT equipped with the hydropneumatic PRO cutting frame not only removes blockages, it can also help avoid them in the first place. Capacity utilisation is displayed to the driver, depending on loads, so that they can select the optimum speed to prevent blockages occurring.

The new SMART DENSITY management system controls the two tensioning arms independently of each other. This means that the VARIANT 500 always maintains the desired belt tension.
