Action / advantages

TC® CLEAN BO can be used as cleaning booster, alternative to chlorine containing products, in combination with caustic solution. When used in a hot cleaning process TC® CLEAN BO is just added before starting the process. When the product is used in a CIP-process it is recommended to derive the first dirty return and then to continue with the circulation.

 

Recommendation of application

Area of application - oxidative cleaning of very persistent soils

Temperature - cold – 90 °C

Concentration - 0.1 % – 1.0 % in combination with 1 – 3 % caustic soda

Time - depends on application and kind of system

Dosing - should be added, manually or with dosing pump, to the hot cleaning solution

Foaming behaviour	not foaming; when increased foam volume occurs, it will be necessary to dose a defoamer separately (RIMAGENTS® -type).

Material compatibility	Metals - due to the caustic solution as basic medium the product is suitable for stainless steel, not suitable for aluminum and non-ferrous metals. plastics - suitable in the application solution for PE, PP and EPDM

Work safety

Reaction of the concentrate - strongly oxidizing; eyes and skin must be protected. Danger of rapid decomposition
